They, formally, do not participate in the atrocities, but, for sure, they understand the whole hot sauce of this insane action!)
Therefore, it's a stretch, but we have the right to call them Villains, since they are directly involved in this ruthless project and incite murders with their performances...
But, leaving aside the showgirls pretending to be naive and ignorant, there is a real cynical Villain named Brenda in this movie epic... She is the main assistant to the TV host antagonist and the shadow leader for the organization of the show. Under her strict guidance, various manipulations take place: the choice of victims, the search for "profitable offers", the incitement of intrigue... She, like a puppeteer, directs the strings of the puppets at her discretion... The unenviable fate of the victims depends on many of her decisions.
